| One of the most anticipated albums of 2000, Radiohead's fourth studio album: Kid A
features ten tracks written by the band and produced by Nigel Godrich. No singles will
be taken from this album.
Opening the album is the beautiful, keyboard-led Everything In Its Right Place, Thom's
vocals have been cut up to create backing vocals in this brilliant opening track.

Following is the title-track, Kid A. A strange keyboard melody begins this track, you
hear some vocals (with added sound effects) come in with a 'quick' drum rhythm and later a
short bass riff. Another great track.

The National Anthem and How To Disappear Completely follow. An acoustic guitar
begins How To Disappear Completely a brilliant track, the best track on Kid A.

Treefingers is the only instrumental track on the album, very calming. Optimistic
begins with a short guitar riff, no samples, no eerie effects; more of a live feel. Great
track.

In Limbo and Idioteque follow, Idioteque begins with a beat that makes you
think of a dodgy dance record, lots of bass, lots of samples, lots of strange effects -
brilliant.

Morning Bell has a strange beat (5/4), soft bass, soft vocals, good melody. Ending
Kid A is Motion Picture Soundtrack. No drums just an organ and Thom's
vocals, this is followed by a fifty-second instrumental.

This is a very experimental album, more so towards the end. Kid A is a good album but not everyone will like it.
