Kiss Smooth Grooves 2001 is a compilation featuring tracks from Shaggy,
Eminem, Craig David and Fatboy Slim.
Two CD's starting with Shaggy's It Wasn't Me, his new single which got into the UK
Top 40 on import sales alone. Eminem's The Real Slim Shady follows - from the
Marshall Mathers LP. Also on the first CD is Dr Dre's Forgot About Dre and
911 from Wyclef Jean/Mary J Blige.
The second disc's a bit better, starting with a remix of Craig David's Walking
Away, a remix of Sisqo's Incomplete. The infamous Stanton Warriors
Remix of Fatboy Slim's Demons also features. Track eighteen is an instrumental
of Wookie's Back Up - the track used on one of Radio One's current
TV ads.
There's not much you can say about a compilation, it's not brilliant, it could do with some
different remixes (maybe a different tracklisting).
